Hi, I'm Gray, the roaster behind the beans. Originally hailing from Alabama, I traded the southern charm for the majestic landscapes of Jackson Hole in 2018.

Here in the heart of Wyoming, surrounded by towering peaks and pristine wilderness, I found inspiration to craft exceptional coffee that mirrors the spirit of this extraordinary place. Our beans are roasted with precision and care, capturing the essence of the great outdoors.

All of our coffee is freshly roasted in-house. We start with the best coffee beans money can buy.

Our roasting is a very personal, artisan roast in small batches then packaged and sold immediately to ensure the freshest coffee in town. Coming from the coffee cultures of Europe, we understand the importance of bringing you the best coffee possible. Our goal is to help you open your eyes and your minds – keeping you focused whether it’s a day of work or play.
